Creating New Project

To create a new project using a predefined project template, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to Projects: From the main menu, go to Projects and click on the "New Project" button.


  • Select Project Template: Choose a project template from the list of available templates. The template will automatically populate the project with predefined settings and tasks.


  • Project Details:

    1. Project Name: Enter a unique name for your project.
    2. Project Description: The description may be pre-filled based on the template. You can modify it if necessary.
    3. Start Date: Set the start date for the project. This may be pre-filled or adjustable based on the template.
    4. Deadline: Set the projected end date for the project. This may also be pre-filled based on the template.
    5. Client: The client will be pre-filled based on the template.

  • Project Settings:

    1. Status: Choose the initial status of the project (e.g., BGV Case Initiated, In Progress, etc.).
    2. Tags: The template may provide default categories or tags. You can add additional ones if necessary.

  • Team Members: Based on the template, some team members might be pre-assigned. You can add or remove members as needed.


To input candidate details, use the adjacent tab as follows:

  • Navigate to Candidate Tab: In the project creation interface, click on the "Candidate" tab next to the project tab.
    1. Enter Candidate Information:
      1. Candidate Name: Enter the full name of the candidate.
      2. Date of Birth: Input the candidate’s date of birth.
      3. NIC / Passport: Enter the National Identity Card number or passport number.
      4. Mobile Number: Provide the candidate’s mobile phone number.
      5. Designation: Specify the candidate’s job designation.
      6. Address: Enter the candidate’s residential address.
      7. Date of Joining: Set the date when the candidate is expected to join.
      8. Email: Input the candidate’s email address.

  • Save Candidate Details:

    1. Review Information: Double-check all entered information for accuracy.
    2. Save Details: Click the "Save" button to store the candidate’s details in the system.
