To add a new project template, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Project Templates: From the Utilities menu, go to Project Templates.

- Click on "New Template"

- Template Details:

- Template Name: Enter a descriptive name for your template.
- Customer: Associate the project with a specific client or customer.
- Billing Type: Select default billing type for the template.
- Status: Choose the default status to start the project
- BGV Case Initiated
- In Progress
- On Hold
- Final Report Released
- Interim Report Released
- Cancelled
- Total Rate: Set the default value for the project.
- Members: Specify team members who will be working on the project.
- Description: Provide a brief overview or summary of the project.

- Project Settings:

- Contact Notification: Select the default notification option.
- To all contacts with notifications for projects enabled.
- Specific contacts
- Do not send notifications
- Visible Tabs: Choose the default tabs to display on the project details page.
- Permissions: Set default permissions for the customers for this project.
- Contact Notification: Select the default notification option.

Save and Review:
- Review Details: Double-check all project template details for accuracy and completeness.
- Save Changes: Click the "Save" button to finalize the project template creation process.
