New Task Template

To add a new task template, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to Task Templates: From the Utilities menu, go to Task Templates.

  • Click on "New Template"

  • Template Details:
    • Subject: Enter a descriptive name for the task template.
    • Fixed Rate: Set a fixed rate for the task if applicable.
    • Priority: Select the default priority level for the task template (Low, Medium, High, Urgent).
    • Template: Define the template structure and components for the task.
    • Assignees: Specify team members who will be assigned to tasks created from this template.
    • Followers: Add followers who will receive notifications and updates regarding tasks created from this template.
    • Insert Checklist Templates: Include predefined checklist templates for common task requirements or steps.
    • Task Description: Provide a brief description or summary of the task template.

  • Save and Review:

    • Review Details: Double-check all task template details for accuracy and completeness.
    • Save Changes: Click the "Save" button to finalize the task template creation process.
