To add a new task template, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Task Templates: From the Utilities menu, go to Task Templates.

- Click on "New Template"

- Template Details:

- Subject: Enter a descriptive name for the task template.
- Fixed Rate: Set a fixed rate for the task if applicable.
- Priority: Select the default priority level for the task template (Low, Medium, High, Urgent).
- Template: Define the template structure and components for the task.
- Assignees: Specify team members who will be assigned to tasks created from this template.
- Followers: Add followers who will receive notifications and updates regarding tasks created from this template.
- Insert Checklist Templates: Include predefined checklist templates for common task requirements or steps.
- Task Description: Provide a brief description or summary of the task template.

Save and Review:
- Review Details: Double-check all task template details for accuracy and completeness.
- Save Changes: Click the "Save" button to finalize the task template creation process.
